Outta Your Backpack Media, OYBM, is excited to announce a 48 hour film making challenge and workshop November, 23, 24, 2013!
Participants will make their own films with the topic “hunger” during 48 hours. OYBM mentors will be on hand to provide technical training, advice, and support if needed. Films will be judged by OYBM mentors & online. Prizes will be given for “Best Overall,” “Most Creative,” and “Audience Choice.”
This challenge/workshop is open to Indigenous youth ages 10-25.
No prior film making experience is required.

Registration is free and is required to participate.
You must be at OYBM Media Center (1700 N 2nd st Flagstaff, AZ 86004) on Friday Nov. 22 at 6pm for an overview and further instruction.
Participants will be assigned required elements that must appear in their film on Friday Nov. 22.
You must attend each “check-in” session (to be announced on Friday Nov 22) and be actively participating throughout the challenge/workshop.

Meeting/workshop times:
Friday, November 22 at 6pm. (for overview and challenge instructions)
Saturday, November 23 – TBA on Friday.
Sunday, November 24 – TBA on Friday.
